How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for processing orders. After this, 10-30 business days for delivery
Do we get a tracking number after we order?
Yes! All orders include tracking. It will automatically be sent to your email you provide us with. Please follow our above question to see when they will be shipped out.
Will you email me when my order is shipped out?
You will get a confirmation email when you have placed your order, and another when your order is on it’s way!
Can I cancel or change my order?
You have 12 hour to cancel your order once it has been placed. All orders are handmade once you order, so it is unlikely for us to cancel/change an order, but in some cases, we can. So please make sure you spend some time browsing and order the correct items that you want! Just email us and we will be sure to help you out.
Where are my items coming from ?
Our primary warehouse is in America, but most of our specialty items are located in other countries such as the USA, Canada, Mexico, Eastern Europe, China and Singapore
Can I refund or exchange my order?
Refunds are only permissible if the product is defective on arrival. You have 24 hours from the time you receive the package to file for a refund due to damaged merchandise.

Why didn't my order come together in just one package?
We ship your orders from various international warehouses (USA, Canada, Mexico, Eastern Europe, China and Singapore). Our inventory is distributed over multiple fulfilment centers around the world so you could receive the order faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive an item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once as the others are on the way. If you do not receive all your purchase within 5 weeks, please contact us to look into your shipment or refund your payments.

Why hasn't my package arrived yet?
Most international orders are received within two weeks or so, but sometimes a shipment can take much longer to arrive due to local customs, post office or international duties offices, all of which are out of our control once the package is en route to you. Please allow up to 8 weeks for your order to arrive. We’d recommend checking in with your local post office to see if the package is held up there for any reason as well. If there is still no progress with your order after this amount of time, please contact us and we will be happy to work out the steps for a reshipment. If your package is returned to us for any reason, we will notify you by email.
